This video is mostly POV of my 4.6 mile loop walk on the southern section of the Weetock Trail (unofficial). I took this walk on Nov 11, 2023. I edited the video down, but it’s still 55 minutes long. It is mostly for anyone who wants to hike this loop and would like some insights into what they are going to see and/or encounter long the way. It is a very scenic route and there is a mix of green and fall colors, so it is pretty colorful. It was also raining, which brings out the color in everything.
I got lost a couple of times … or, rather, I lost the trail. Where the map says “Lost!”, I had a really hard time locating the blazed trail. I eventually just went through where I knew the trail should be; more or less. I intend to return to that spot and make sure the trail is properly marked.
