Some Improvements

If you checked out my previous post (with video and GPS track), you probably know that I had trouble following the trail in at least one spot. I went out yesterday (Nov 13, 2023) to locate and rake a section of the trail to make it easy to follow.

Fred joined me, later, and we hiked most of the south side; mostly in the dark. We cleaned up a few more areas on the trail and noted a few places that are still difficult to navigate at night.

I heard one mosquito early in my trail cleanup. After that, I didn’t notice anything trying to get my blood. It was probably getting too cold for mosquitoes, but it was very pleasant for walking.

I started my hike and trail cleanup at 15:00. We finished our hike at 18:45.
